Nate's coaching philosphy:

"My philosophy is to teach skills needed to compete at a higher level of play. Elevating the girls' physical and mental skills of the game will enable them to become better players; not just on the court, but off the court as well.  I feel that it is not just how you play the game (win or lose), it's how you react to the outcome. My desire is for the girls to reach their goals, experience a higher level of competition, and to have fun during the season. I hope to teach them not just how to play the game, but how to love it".
